Dietitian/Nutritionist

B.S. Degree, M.S preferred for this exiting position for candidates who have graduated from an accredited college or university with a degree in nutrition/dietetics, and/or Certified Diabetes Educator (if not a CDE, will be expected to obtain with 2-3 post employment). Experience in an acute or outpatient healthcare setting with expertise in a sub-specialty such as diabetes or hypertension is strongly desired. The successful candidate will enjoy working and building a relationship with patients on a one on one basis through counseling and education.  This position holds the opportunity for a self-driven, independent individual to build a program that affects the lives of patients in a way that provides visible outcomes in the health of patients and the community.
